Project Description:

Conversion of existing five warehouse buildings into new school campus for grades K-12.  Project includes classrooms, offices, lunchrooms, libraries, laboratories, gymnasiums, auditorium, student lounges, health club including pool, basketball court and exercise room, 720 seat theater and synagogue.  Special consideration was needed due to the location of the existing buildings, as they are separate by a street.  The exterior design of the buildings was created to provide the children, as well as the faculty, with a sense of excitement throughout their scholastic experience.  Bold colors and playful geometries of brick, glass, metal and concrete create this vibrant campus environment.
