Project Description:

Renovation of two existing 5-story buildings including new 5-story addition.  Project required integration of three buildings into one unified institutional development.  Includes auditorium, classrooms, synagogue and office spaces.  Due to the L-shape of the lot and zoning regulations, a 5-story bridge was provided with a central courtyard to link the buildings together.
