Project Description:

Renovation of existing 4-story building with new 4-story addition.  Project includes new entry lobby, classrooms, gymnasium, auditorium, lunchroom, offices and rooftop garden playgrounds with outdoor pool.  The exterior of the 4-story addition was designed to maintain the aesthetic of the existing building so as to not impact the residential neighborhood in a negative way.  Incorporating a modern glass and aluminum entryway provides a sense of direction and focus to the building’s front façade.
